Reserved for OBC Grade: E-2 Age Limit: 35 Years This Library is one of the most dependable information centres in India for cement, building materials and construction industries, holding a large number of documents and equipped with many modern features.

Essential Qualification: B.Sc (PCM) with first   class Master’s degree in Library Science from a recognized University/ Associateship in Information Science from DRTC, Bangalore or NISCAIR, New Delhi

Experience: Minimum 8 years in the library of a reputed R&D organization/educational institution in the areas of Cataloguing, Classification, Serials Control, Bibliographical Database/ Article Indexing, library software/computer aided management system, digital library etc. 

Salary: PB-3:  Rs 15,600 – 39,100 with grade pay of Rs 5400/-  Minimum Salary : Rs 38,970/- per month plus perks which include Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment,  Children’s Education Allowance, Group Insurance and Accommodation (in lieu of HRA) in staff housing colony at Ballabgarh as per Council’s rules.
