ADMISSION TO MBBS COURSE – 2011
Applications are invited for admission to MBBS course at Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, commencing from 01 Aug 2011. Written examination will be conducted on 1st May 2011. Total 130 candidates (Maximum of 105 Boys and 25 Girls) will be selected by this process. Application form and prospectus for the same can be obtained from select General Post Offices/Head Post Offices of major cities all over the country from 20 Dec 10 to 31 Jan 2011. The Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) is a premier medical college in India, which trains high quality doctors. It is located in Pune Cantonment in Pune in the state of Maharashtra. The college is managed by the Indian Armed Forces.
The Armed Forces Medical College has multiple roles to perform. These are primarily training of medical undergraduates and post-graduates, dental postgraduates, nursing cadets and paramedical staff.
