1. Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) – One Post
Chief Administrative Officer at IIM Raipur should be a dynamic, self-motivated professional to provide total administrative support for all the activities of the Institute.
Job Profile: The position calls for person with maturity and integrity and above all a rich experience in similarly placed academic institutions. The CAO is required to lead a team of Officers in the Institute and guide them in their day to day activities and to coordinate the academic and administrative activities including personnel, general administration, estate management, engineering, construction, stores & purchase, contract services. He may also act as the First Appellate Authority under the RTI Act, 2005.
Qualification: Applicants should be post-graduates in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with a post-graduate in management from a reputed University/Institute as a full time student. Engineering graduates with a degree/diploma in management possessing relevant experience can also apply for this position.
Experience: Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years experience in heading a department independently, preferably Personnel and General Administration, in a Government of India autonomous establishment or the public sector.
Upper Age Limit: 50 years.
Pay scale: PB-3 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600.
2. Librarian - One Post
Job Profile: To set up and manage the library of the Institute, organize electronic resources, softwares, and assist the faculty and students to secure books, articles and other teaching and research materials.
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation with at least Sixty percent marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. One year specialization in the area of Information Technology /Archives or Master’s Degree in the same area.
Experience: At least 10 years experience in the same area or responsible capacity in a library of repute. Desirable – M.Phil/Ph.D degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation /Archives.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years.
Pay scale: PB-3 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600.
3. Financial Adviser & Chief Accounts Officer – One Post
Job Profile: To manage the accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial and other related activities of the Institute including reporting to the funding agencies, computerized accounting, budgeting & control systems
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (ICWA)
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience as Accounts executive in Grade-A Post in industry/Govt./Public Sector undertaking, having knowledge of Government financial, accounting, taxation & audit rules and procedures. Familiarity in computerized accounting would be desirable.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years
Pay scale: PB-3 - 15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-.
4. Administrative Officer - One Post
Job Profile: To supervise academic administration and placement of the flagship 2 year post-graduate programme in management. Experience in management institute of repute and universities will be preferred.
Qualification: Post graduate degree, preferably in Management
Experience: with relevant work experience out of which minimum 5 years experience in supervisory and executive functions.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years.
Pay scale: PB-2 – 9300-34800 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
5. Store & Purchase Officer - On contract, One Post
Job Profile: To supervise the functions of Purchase, Stores, General Administration, Maintenance, Communication, Transport and other administrative areas. Experience in management institute of repute and universities will be preferred.
Qualification: Post graduate degree, preferably in Management .
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in supervisory and executive functions.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years.

6. Secretary to Director - On contract, One Post
Job Profile: To supervise the functions of Purchase, Stores, General Administration, Maintenance, Communication, Transport and other administrative areas. Experience in management institute of repute and universities will be preferred.
Qualification: Post graduate degree, preferably in Management
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience out of which 5 years should be experience in secretarial position handling confidential matters in high offices.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years.

7. Executive IT Services: On contract, One Post
Job Profile: To manage the IT infrastructure of the Institute including the hostel. The IT infrastructure will include large scale networks, hardware, software and related services.
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering with specialisation in Computers or MCA / M. Sc. in Computer Science.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in maintaining and supporting large scale networks, hardware, software, Internet, e-mail systems and related services.
Upper age limit: 35 years.

Job Profile: To assist the Librarian in offering the library services to the Faculty and the students.
Qualification: Professional with M.Lib.Sc
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Profile: To help Financial Adviser & Chief Accounts Officer in managing the accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial and other related activities of the Institute. Knowledge of computerized accounting, budgeting & control systems is essential.
Qualification: Master’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration
Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in industry/Govt./Public Sector undertaking. Candidate should be familiar with computerized accounting etc.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years.

10. Junior Engineer: On contract, One post
Job Profile: Responsible for civil, electrical and other maintenance work and hostel and to assist in future projects. Similar experience in reputed organization will be preferred.
Qualification: Diploma in civil / electrical engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 year’s of relevant experience. Experience in the implementation of a civil engineering project will be an added advantage.
Upper Age Limit: 35 years.

11. Personal Assistant: On contract, One Posts
Job Profile: To perform secretarial and related functions for the senior officials of the Institute and to assist them in day to day activities.
Qualification: Master’s degree preferably in Management.
Experience: Minimum 3 years secretarial experience in office work in a reputed organization / Govt. Dept.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years.

12. Office Assistant: On contract, One Posts
Job Profile: To assist the concerned officials in PGP administration, purchase, personnel, general administration, hostel management and other Institutional activities.
Qualification: Master’s degree preferably in Management
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in office work in a reputed organization / Government Department.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years.
Salary & Contract Tenure – (consolidated remuneration will be decided based on the scale of pay PB-2 – 9300-34800 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-) Commensurate with qualification and experience. Position is on fixed term contract on consolidated package.
The age of superannuation is 60 years. Retired/soon retiring persons from may be considered on contract.

General Conditions for Regular Positions:
i. Positions from Sl.No. 1 to 4 are on regular positions.
ii. In addition to the basic pay, incumbents are also being eligible for allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees.
iii. Higher start in the time scale may be considered in case of exceptionally deserving candidates.
iv. Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualifications and experience will not confer any right to the candidates for being called for interview or/and for his/her selection.
v. Employment on contract is also possible with negotiated salary.
vi. Candidates who do not meet all the requirements of this post may be considered for a position at the lower scale with equivalent designation. .
General Conditions for Contractual Positions:
i. Compensation would not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
ii. Compensation would be commensurate with relevant qualification and professional experience and is negotiable.
iii. Positions from Sl.No. 5 to 12 are on contractual basis for a fixed duration of a maximum of 2 years initially on a consolidated salary extendable for another 2 more years based on performance.
iv. Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in candidates for being called for Interview. Decision of the Institute to call the candidates for interview shall be final.
v. Conditions related to qualification and experience may be relaxed in the case of deserving candidates.

About Indian Institute of Management Raipur
The Indian Institute of Management Raipur is a Business School recently setup by the Government of India in the state of Chhattisgarh. It is the tenth Indian Institute of Management, considered to be among the best business schools in India. The first batch of Post Graduate Programme of the institute was inaugurated by Dr Raman Singh, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh on October 11, 2010.
Prof. B S Sahay has been appointed as the director of IIM Raipur. He has been honored with various national and international recognitions such as the ISTD National Book Award, Emerald 2005 Award for Excellence and Escorts Book Award (1998). He has worked as the director of reputed institutes such as MDI and IMT in the recent past.
