IIFT MBA (IB) Admission Test

IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) is the premier institute of management education set up in the year 1963 by the Government of India. IIFT ranked very high amongst the top management institutes for India. For that reason every year lots of management candidates apply for IIFT.

Eligibility Criteria 

Eligibility criteria to IIFT need a candidate being graduates in one discipline with minimum 3 year’s degree. Candidates in the final year graduation may also apply. No age limit is there for the IIFT. 

Examination Pattern

The entrance exam will have 2 hours time with objective questions from following sections:

• English Comprehension

• General Knowledge & General Awareness

• Logical Reasoning

• Quantitative Analysis

Candidates will be selected on basis of the scores in their entrance exam. The short listed applicants will be called for the later stage of Group Discussion, Essay Writing, and Interview for the final selection.

Availability of forms 

IIFT forms are accessible on IIFT counter, at Delhi. The candidates may also get the form through sending a request letter to IIFT. Application for the IIFT is also accessible via online method. The payment of the application may either be made via Demand Draft or VISA/Master Card. Demand draft for Rs. 1500, for Candidates which belong to General Caste, and Rs. 750 for the candidates who belong to the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe genera plus Rs. 3000 for NRI candidates or NRI’s children, favoring the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade to be paid at Delhi.

After filling all the details applicants are needed to send print out of form with specific documents as well as demand draft (for those applicants who select to pay via Demand Draft) to the IIFT. After receiving these, the IIFT will send applicants the admission brochure with other enclosures.
