Eligibility:
Graduate Engineers and Bachelor's degree holders in 10+2+3 scheme with at least 50% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC students) at graduation level will be selected based on performance in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT)/ (CAT). Candidates should apply to SMIT on the prescribed form quoting their MAT/CAT score. Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Group Discussions and Interviews to be conducted at SMIT, Rangpo on the dates given on the page of IMPORTANT DATES. An entrance test for those not having a MAT/CAT score will also be conducted by SMIT on 20th June 2011, if required.
Twelve seats are reserved for candidates of Sikkimese origin. Candidates for this category will be recommended by Director - Technical Education, Govt. of Sikkim.
The prospectus can be purchased from Sikkim Manipal University, Admissions office by writing to the following address by enclosing a request along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- drawn in the name of Sikkim Manipal University payable at Gangtok.
