How To Apply:

Applications for admission into the Distance Learning Programs offered by SMU – DDE need to be made at any of the Authorized Learning Centres

Please follow the steps below:-

Step 1: Decide on the program you want to pursue. Find programs

Step 2: Download the prospectus

Step 3: Visit the nearest learning centre Find Learning Centre

Step 4: Purchase the application form from the learning centre

Step 5: Fill the application in all respects and attach the requisite documents mentioned in the application along with the course fee by way of a Demand Draft in favour of “Sikkim Manipal University, DE” payable at Manipal / Udupi.

Step 6: Submit the application form with the requisite documents at the learning centre.

The Sikkim Manipal University of Health , Medical and Technological Sciences was established in 1995. It is the first government-private initiative in the region. SMU is recognized by the University Grants Commission and approved by the Govern- ment of India. Sikkim Manipal University offers quality education to the students from North and North Eastern parts of India.

The University was established in accordance with the Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences Act, 1995 (Act No. 9 of 1995); with the aim of imparting exemplary educational opportunities and healthcare services in the State of Sikkim and country wide. It is the first of its kind in the country with a collaboration of private and public sector.
