1) GENERAL MANAGER – WORKS:
Age : Below 55 years
Post : 1 (General)
The incumbent will be in-charge of the manufacturing plant and responsible for manufacture of quality products within cost parameters. He will coordinate the functions of production, generation and distribution of utilities, production planning and controls, Engineering and projects. He should be well conversent with the revised schedule M requirement and advise the Management in up gradation of the facilities. He shall look after the matters relating to regulatory requirement and shall have experience in obtaining various approvals such as TGA, USFDA, MHRA,MCC etc,. The candidate should possess degree in Pharmacy / Microbiology with a minimum 20 years exposure in the above areas out of which 15 years in senior position.
2) GENERAL MANAGER – AGROVET & INTERNATIONAL MARKETING:
Age :below 55 years
Post:1(General)
The candidate will be responsible for marketing of animal health and agro products including formulating and implementing marketing strategies. He will be required to draw up and implement an over all marketing strategy for the growth of existing product lines and introduction of new Animal Health and Agro products.
He is also in charge of overall International Marketing operations. The candidate should be a Post graduate in management preferably MBA with Post Graduation in International Marketing with a minimum 20 years exposure in the above areas out of which 15 years in senior position
3) DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – FINANCE :
Age:around 50 years
Post: 01 (Gen)
The candidate shall be a graduate in commerce having 20 years of experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry out of which 5 years in a senior position.
The incumbent shall assist the Management in all matters related to financial policies and systems. He will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, costing budgeting, capital budgeting, negotiation and optimum utilization of institutional and commercial borrowings
4) DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – MATERIALS:
Age:around 50 years

The candidate shall be responsible for managing overall materials function including Stores, Purchase, Planning and Co-ordination. Candidate should be graduate with post graduate qualifications in Materials Management from a recognized institution/university with a minimum 20 years experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry out of which 5 years in a senior position
5) REGIONAL SALES MANAGER–INSTITUTIONAL SALES [HQ–NEW DELHI, KOLKATA AND BANGALORE ]:
Age:around 35 years
Post:3(1-OBC,2 General)
We look forward for Science/ Pharma Graduate with minimum 10 years experience in institutional sales out of which 5 years as front line business manager and 5 years as 2nd line manager in a reputed Pharma company having the flair for promoting products in the Medical Profession and achieving targeted sales and collection
6) AREA MANAGER-INSTITUTIONAL SALES[HQ–MUMBAI, RAIPUR AND KOLKATTA]:
Age:around 30 years
Pos:3(1-OBC,2 General)
We look forward for Science/ Pharma Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in institutional sales as front line business manager and 5 years as 2nd line manager in a reputed Pharma company having the flair for promoting products in the Medical Profession and achieving targeted sales and collection
7) ASST.MANAGER-COMMERCIAL:
Age:around 35 years

The candidate should be a B Sc./ B.Pharma graduate with 10 years of relevant working experience in a medium scale pharmaceutical company. The candidate should have knowledge in the marketing division preferably institutional business activities. The knowledge of computer literate has an added advantage. The CTC will be around Rs.5 lac per annum
