TCIL requires qualified and experienced candidate for the following post on regular basis

1) Manager (Secretarial & Legal):

No. of Post : 01

Essential Qualification:

ACS / FCS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India & Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized Institute/ University.

Desirable Qualification : Preference will be given to the candidate having MBA (Fin.)/ CA/ ICWA from a recognized Institute/University.

Age: Maximum 45 years as on 01.04.2011

Pay scale: Rs. 29100- 54500 (E4 - IDA)

Experience :

I. For candidates working in Govt./PSU: The candidate should have 08 years post qualification experience in Secretarial and Legal Functions, out of which minimum 1 year working experience in the following grades as on 01.04.2011 :

· IDA Rs. 24900-50,500 (pre-revised Rs. 13000-350-18250) in case of PSU

OR

· CDA Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay Rs. 6600 (pre-revised Rs. 10650-325-15850) in case of Govt.

II. For candidates working in Private Sector: The candidate should have 08 years post qualification experience in Secretarial and Legal Functions out of which atleast 1 year working  experience in the CTC of Rs. 5 lacs per annum in a company having its turnover more than Rs. 50 Crores.

Job description  :

· The candidate should have excellent Communication & Drafting skills besides being well versed with Company law, Secretarial functions.

· Knowledge of Compliances of SEBI, Stock Exchange and e-Filling of documents, handling Court cases & Arbitration matters, Drafting of Petitions/Claim statement/Reply/Rejoinder, etc.

· Liasoning with the Advocates, Handling Financial matters relating to Joint Ventures.
