It may' also be downloaded from the Institute's web-site: www.lnmipat.ac.in. The down loaded application form be submitted along with a Bank draft for Rs. 990.00 (Rupees Nine hundred ninety) only {for SC/ST candidates Rs. 495.00 (Rupees Four hundred Ninety Five)
