CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) is a phenomenal board working directly under Ministry of education and ministry of human resource & development.
The court in the interim issued notice to National Law University on the petition claiming the deferment of AIEEE had led number of aspirants to miss the law entrance examination.
In its reply, CBSE sought dismissal of several petitions including two PILs saying that it was the best judge to take care interest of the students.
