Indira Gandhi National Open UniversityIGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) organizes OPENMAT to give admissions to its different Post-Graduate Management courses. IGNOU was recognized in the year 1985 through the Indira Gandhi National Open University Act to offer higher education via distant learning to attain larger number of future students all over the country. IGNOU offers education via several centers across India as well as overseas. All its courses are systematically recognized by the UGC (University Grants Commission) & AIU (Association of Indian Universities).
MBA program of IGNOU is approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). IGNOU is amongst the largest universities in the world having around 1.4 million students across India alone. Via OPENMAT candidates may get admission in MBA, Diploma and other different Post Graduate Diploma Management Programs. OPENMAT is organized twice every year in the February and August.
