PTU BTech Admission Procedure for Counselling Fee Deposition 


Procedure for Counselling Fee Deposition for B.Tech.

1. Go to website http://ptuaccounts.ac.in

2. On home page there is a link named “Counselling Fee”. Click on this link.

3. Click on link to create a new account.

4. Fill up the form
◦ If the candidate is having AIEEE roll number then select Engineering Admissions for Admission Type else choose Other Admission
◦ If the candidate fill up the AIEEE roll number then it will take user name by default as AIEEE roll number.
Enter password and then confirm it by entering password again.
Enter applicant’s name.
Enter date of birth by click on calender provided with that field.
Enter father’s name.
Enter address.
Enter mobile number.
Enter phone number. {This field is not mandatory}
Select state and city.

5. Click on Create Account and Pay Fee.

6. After that applicant will receive an email confirmation on given email address.

7. After that candidate will need to pay fee online. There are 3 methods to pay through
Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card.

8. If Cash mode is selected, then select state, city, bank name, branch name.

9. The fee amount and transaction date will populate automatically.

10. Click on Print E-Receipt and get printout of that receipt.

11. If Clicked on credit/debit card method, then enter Card Holders Email ID, Card Holders Phone No, Card Holders Address, Card Holders Name and then submit.

12. It will contact to the payment gateway and then enter further details and pay fee.

13. After that applicant can take print of that receipt.

14. To make any updation in profile and to pay fee again if not paid or paid with cash but still not approved then click on Counselling Fee and then Click on Already registered.

15. Enter user name and password and then it will show all details and can pay fee or take print out of previous receipt.
