Its unique pigmy collection system was launched in 1928, by Dr. T.M.A.Pai its founder to encourage the saving habit. Bank collects a Rs5/- on a daily basis for 72 months going doorstep of the 10.36 lac depositors collecting through its 4000 pigmy collectors across India.

Its CBS project systems has enable the bank to deliver its products and services with multiple delivery scheme Like, ATM’s, Telebanking, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, so it can provide its customer Anywhere Anyhow Anytime (AAA) banking service. This bank has got the network of 1119 ATM’s across India with its 543 centers. Bank is also the member of Visa international, so the customer can use its debit/credit card to over 28700 across the world.
