DUCEE DU CEE Exam Date Pattern Application Form Eligibility

Delhi University Combined Entrance Examination (DU-CEE)

Delhi University Combined Entrance Examination is conducted by University of Delhi for the admission in Bachelor of Engineering. CEE is only for the student who belongs from Delhi. The students from Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology and Delhi college of Engineering are also appearing for this examination. For the outsider students AIEEE examination is compulsory.
 
Delhi University conducted CEE for the admission in following courses:
1) Mechanical Engineering
2) Electrical Engineering
3) Computer Engineering
4) Production & industrial Engineering
5) Polymer Science & Chemical Technology
6) Bio-technology
7) Civil Engineering

Eligibility Criteria for the DU-CEE Exam:
The candidate should have passed 12th examination from Central Board of Secondary Educational (C. B. S. C.) with minimum aggregated 60% marks in PCM group. The candidate who belongs from SC/ST category has needs 50% minimum marks. 10% relaxation is provided to them.
The minimum age limit for the candidates is 17 years and maximum age limit is 25 years. Other than this age group candidates are not eligible for the exam.

Selection procedure for DU-CEE:
The admission procedure is strictly carried out on the base of merit list obtained in CEE test for the students in Delhi region. And for the students from out of Delhi region procedure carried out on the base of AIEEE examination. 

Seat Reservation:
85% seats are reserved for the candidates who belong from Delhi and rests of 15% seats are available for the candidates who are from outside Delhi territory.
Cast reservation is given below:
15% seats are reserved for SC in every institute.
7.5% seats are reserved for ST in every institute.
5% seats are reserved for the children’s of Freedom fighter; Armed forces persons who were killed while hostilities in each institute. 
3% seats are reserved for physically handicapped candidates.

Exam pattern:
The CEE test is having three papers for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subject. The exam consists of objective type questions. Each paper is of 240 marks.
