Information Bulletin and application form can be obtained by post by submitting a Bank Draft for Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one Thousand only) payable at Dehradun in favour of Registrar, FRI University, P.O.I.P.E., Kaulagarh Road, Dehradun –248195.
Application Forms will also be available from the counter of the Union Bank of India (FRI Branch, Dehradun). For details please refer to “Information Bulletin” 2011. A candidate who wants to apply for two or more courses has to fill up separate form for each course. Information Bulletin/Application forms may also be downloaded from the website http://fri.icfre.gov.in

The Forest Research Institute is an institute of the Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education and is a premier institution in the field of forestry research in India. It is located at Dehradun in Uttarakhand. It was established in 1906 and is one of the oldest institutions of its kind. In 1991, it had been declared a deemed university by the University Grants Commission.
