WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
POST OF SENIOR LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (ON CONTRACT)
Walk-in-Interview for one post of Senior Laboratory Technician (External Quality Assurance & Drug Resistance Surveillance) for NRL Project – to be filled up purely on contractual basis on a consolidated salary of Rs.15000/- per month will be held on 14.12.2010 at 2:30 PM in the office of the Director.
Essential qualifications: (1) 10+2 with diploma or certificate course in Medical Laboratory technology or its equivalent from recognized centers. (2) With minimum 2 years experience of working in a Bacteriological Laboratory of repute (3) Must be in possession permanent driving license for two wheelers. Desirable qualification: (1) M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology (2) Minimum one experience in RNTCP work.

Aims & Objectives
To act as an apex Institute in the country for prevention, control and treatment of Tuberculosis and Allied Diseases.
To promote National Tuberculosis Control Programme in the country and to formulate strategies which are socially acceptable and economically feasible in order to assist and strengthen the programme.
To provide facilities for training, teaching and research activities to fulfill the above two objects.
