Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET)

Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) is a simple written test organized by symbiosis international it is also known as Deemed University. The test organized at national level in various cites to ensure that maximum number of student get the advantage of this test. Symbiosis is university where student will get high quality education and personality development. Symbiosis Entrance Test is normally managed or control in the month of May. Symbiosis International University takes an aptitude test of student for particular programme at National level. SET is an aptitude test and is objective in nature for all the paper except Design

There are various course offered by symbiosis: 

Symbiosis offers undergraduate programs like Bachelors Degree in Law, Bachelors Degree in Management, Bachelors Degree in Computer Studies, Bachelors Degree in Health Science, Bachelors Degree in Design, Bachelors Degree in Media and Communication, Bachelors Degree in Economics and Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria for Symbiosis:

Student must passed his or her 12th examination in any branch with minimum 50% for general category and for SC and ST student 45 per cent mark is required. Students waiting for their final results can also apply.

Selection procedure for SET:

Each institute has its own criteria to select candidates. Selection of the candidate is based on the personal interview and written test score of the candidate.

Examination pattern:

The examination duration is 2.30min. It conducts objective type question. Each question has the four option as per answer have the paper is conducted in two session for five question papers. Morning session set papers are for law, Engineering, Health Sciences and afternoon session for general and design for five question paper. There is no negative marking system for wrong answer. 

General Information:

The student passed 12th science or diploma in Engineering with minimum 50 per cent marks. (45 % for SC and ST category candidates) can also apply.
